Hi, I’m Jessica, founder, dreamer, and self-proclaimed Cheese Queen behind the Little Cheese Project and it is lovely to meet you!

This journey started with a simple love for cheese and a growing obsession with finding the really good stuff. I’m talking about cheeses that make you close your eyes after the first bite, cheeses with history, character, and a story worth telling. I began traveling to markets, connecting with cheesemakers, and tasting my way through hidden gems from small creameries around the world and right here in the United States.

From the very beginning, I was fueled by the encouragement of key people in my life who saw my passion and believed in this vision. Their support lit the spark that turned my love of cheese into a mission. They reminded me that what we create is more than food—it is an experience. The heart of the Little Cheese Project is about spreading love and creating lasting memories through and around cheese and beautiful boards that bring people together.

My background includes over 15 years of managing high-end corporate events, and I bring that same level of detail, creativity, and hospitality into every private tasting and social event we host. We are not just a stand set up to serve your guests—we create an experience that keeps people engaged, interested, learning, and yes… absolutely full. Every tasting is a chance to connect, laugh, and discover something new together.

It wasn’t long before I realized that cheese is more than food. It is a bridge. It connects farmers to families, traditions to new tastes, and strangers to friends around a table. I wanted to create a space where people could discover these flavors, meet the stories behind them, and share in the joy that comes with a really good bite of cheese.

The Little Cheese Project is my way of bringing that magic to you. Everything we offer is chosen with care. No artificial additives, no hidden chemicals, just honest, delicious cheese made with love and respect for where it comes from.
